About Dr. Allen

Dr. Dan H. Allen joined HopeHealth in September 2017 as a staff psychologist at HopeHealth Behavioral Health Services in Florence.

Dr. Allen earned his undergraduate degree from Stetson University and received his Masters in Psychology and PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and South Carolina Psychological Association. Prior to joining HopeHealth, Dr. Allen was in private practice for 19 years in Florence, S.C.

Dr. Allen specializes in individual, marital, and family therapies, and psychological evaluations.
