Join us Monday, August 4, 2025 from 10 am – 11 am as we kick off National Health Cetner Week with a community walk! Patients, staff, and community members of all ages are invited to walk the trail around the HopeHealth Medical Plaza. We’ll begin at the Streater Community Center. Just bring some walking shoes and a smile! After the walk, cool down with refreshing beverages served inside the center.
