Through the Patient Portal and Healow App you can visit your provider from the comfort of your home or office with TeleVisits.
There are three steps to complete before you can use TeleVisits:

- Web-enable your account – Call your provider care team and tell them you want to enroll in TeleHealth services and would like to schedule an appointment
- Access Healow – Visit our Patient Portal for online access from your computer and links to download the Healow App for your smartphone
- Complete enrollment – Open the enrollment email from HopeHealth and complete the set up using the HopeHealth practice code BHIEAD
Installing and Using the Healow App
The unique practice code for HopeHealth patients is BHIEAD.

Both the app and the Patient Portal also provide access to your HopeHealth medical history and allow you to view upcoming appointments, order prescription refills, complete health questionnaires, communicate with your care team using secure technology, and more.
