Opened in February 2016 our 47,000 square foot facility at 360 N. Irby offers a state of the art primary care center. We offer lab services, x-ray, ultrasound, and pharmacy all in one convenient location. If you have to wait, our cafe offers breakfast and lunch options.
In June of 2017, we opened our 37,000 square foot second phase at the Irby street location which houses a variety of specialty services such as dental, diabetes, and behavioral health.

What is a Community Health Center?
Community health centers provide affordable, high quality health care services to patients of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay. As one of 23 Federally Qualified Health Centers in South Carolina and more than 1,400 nationwide, HopeHealth is able to offer reduced fees to the uninsured through a sliding fee scale. HopeHealth services include primary health care for all patients ages and a variety of special services.
