The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is a private, not-for-profit organization that strives to improve health care quality by providing accreditation, certification, and recognition to health care organizations that will undergo a rigorous review and annual performance. Through NCQA, HopeHealth has received Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition for all primary care sites.
