Q: I don’t have insurance. Can I still be a patient?

A: Yes. HopeHealth has programs in place to make healthcare affordable for patients without insurance.

Q: I have insurance. Do you take patients with insurance?

A: Yes. HopeHealth accepts all private insurance types, Medicaid, and Medicare. For every insured patient who chooses HopeHealth as their medical home, we are able to provide care for one patient with little to no resources.

Q: Do I have input in choosing my new provider?

A: Yes. HopeHealth will work with you to find the provider best suited to meet your medical needs.

Q: I have children. Can my children also become patients at HopeHealth?

A: Yes. Many of our locations provide medical services for adults and children. For site specific inquiries visit one of our many locations.

Q: Do you provide services outside of primary care?

A: Yes. HopeHealth provides a broad range of services to care for the whole person. Our medical team works together to help you achieve your health goals.

Q: Do I have to be a patient to receive specialty services (behavioral health, chiropractic, substance abuse, infectious disease, rheumatology, endocrinology)?

A: No, you do not have to be a patient.

Q: I’ve decided I want to become a new patient. What is my next step?

Frequently Asked Questions for Existing Patients

Q: I’m a current patient. How can I schedule an appointment?

A: To schedule a wellness visit or an appointment for a non-emergent concern, click here to submit your appointment request. A HopeHealth representative will call you shortly to schedule an appointment. To schedule a sick visit or emergent concern, contact your medical provider by telephone.

Q: I need a prescription refill. How can I get my medicine?

A: Call your nurse to request a refill. Some prescriptions cannot be refilled without seeing your healthcare provider. Our staff will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case. Most HopeHealth sites have established relationships with local pharmacy partners. Click here for a list of pharmacy partners in your area.

Q: I have a form I need my doctor to fill out. How can I get it completed?

A: Fill out the contact form below to submit your request. Please clearly state which form you need completed and why. Be sure to complete any portions of the form you are responsible for before submitting. A HopeHealth representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to complete the form.

Please note that some forms cannot be completed without seeing your healthcare provider. Our staff will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Q: I have a question for my provider. How can I make contact?

A: Please call your physician’s office or complete the contact form below with details related to your question. A HopeHealth staff member will respond to your inquiry shortly.

Q: I have a general question and/or concern. Who do I contact?

A: Fill out the contact form below to describe your question or concern. In the form, please provide as much as detail as possible. A representative from HopeHealth will contact you within 24 hours.

Q: I need a referral to a specialist. How do I schedule a referral?

A: Contact the nurse that works with your healthcare provider. Some referrals may require an initial appointment with your HopeHealth provider.

Q: I have an outstanding bill. Can I still be seen?

A: The first step towards being able to see your provider is to speak with a HopeHealth patient account representative regarding the status of your bill. We don’t want unexpected life circumstances to get in the way of receiving healthcare.
