Family Medicine

HopeHealth’s family medicine department provides continuing, comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Although some providers may have a limited scope regarding diseases or patient ages, we will work as a team to serve your family. We provide accessible health care in both and rural and urban locations with locations listed at the bottom of this page.  The current Department Chair and member of the Medical Executive Committee is Dr. Joseph Hoyle.

Family Medicine Services

• Preventive health care, including immunizations and PrEP for HIV
• Health Screenings (including blood pressure, sugar, sexually-transmitted infections)
• Well child checkups and sports physicals
• Same day/next day availability, especially for minor illness treatment (including cold, flu, joint pains, headaches)
• Care of chronic conditions (including diabetes, depression, high blood Pressure, asthma, heart failure, memory loss)
• Same-day referrals to in-house behavior health specialists (coping skills and resources for depression, anxiety, and substance use)
• Medical, PA, and nurse practitioner education and community service
