About Dr. Hoyle

Dr. Joseph Hoyle joined HopeHealth as a board-certified family physician in July 2017. He is originally from Durham, NC, and has been serving patients in the Florence area since 2010. Hoyle volunteers with Helping Florence Flourish and is a member of the South Carolina Medical Association, Academy of Family Physicians, and Christian Medical and Dental Association. He enjoys public health and behavioral health integration, children’s health, playing the violin, and swimming. He is an advocate for community health centers and devotes a lot of his time to the cause. He participates in the Doctor of the Day program, which is a South Carolina Medical Association program designed to increase the presence of the medical profession in the eyes of SC lawmakers.
