Patient Financial Assistance Programs
Patient Benefits Counselors
HopeHealth’s Patient Benefits Counselors are available to help with enrollment in the Affordable Care Act. They help with new patient enrollment in HopeHealth, and help patients navigate through HopeHealth’s financial programs. When patients arrive to see a Patient Benefits Counselor, they should expect to provide paycheck stubs or any other form of income verification to help determine which financial program they qualify for. Tax returns and other information may also be required as proof of income or household size.
ACA Enrollment: You can apply for health insurance benefits through the Health Insurance Marketplace. If you want to complete a quick check to see if you may be eligible, visit SC Thrive. For more information about coverage through the Affordable Care Act, click here.

Community Resources
HopeHealth is a community health center and could not operate successfully without the support of the communities it serves. Many of the patients we serve need assistance for many different reasons outside of the scope of primary care. These services include but are not limited to: rent assistance, electric assistance, food assistance, housing assistance, and more. While HopeHealth does not provide most of these services, please speak to a Patient Benefits Counselor who may be able to help you in these areas.
