HopeHealth at Bethea

HopeHealth began providing primary care services at Bethea Retirement Community in June 2017. This partnership allows HopeHealth to provide convenient care to residents, helping patients maintain their independence.

With services open to the general public as well, patients are not required to be a resident of Bethea to receive care at HopeHeath at Bethea. HopeHealth at Bethea is now recognized as a level 2 Age-friendly Health System.

Dana Jones is the family nurse practitioner and Certified Dementia Practitioner with HopeHealth at Bethea.

  • Family medicine
  • Senior health
  • Chronic disease management
  • Women’s health screenings
  • Annual wellness visits
  • Lab services
  • Physical Therapy referrals to Bethea Outpatient Rehabilitation and other locations

Directions: Turn into Bethea Retirement Community off of Ebenezer Road. Make the first right. Make another right at the stop sign. Go around the curve and HopeHealth at Bethea will be on the left.
