Affordable, Localized Health Care

Community accessibility is key for primary care. HopeHealth provides locations that are convenient for patients, including at HopeHealth at Lake City High School.

HopeHealth at Lake City High

In addition to HopeHealth in Lake City and via an agreement with Florence County Schools, HopeHealth operates a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) at Lake City High School.
