After Hours Care in Florence and Manning, SC

HopeHealth’s Access Hope program extends operating hours to offer after hours care and expanded hours health care services in Florence, and Manning, SC, and surrounding areas of the Pee Dee region and Clarendon area. The program was designed to provide an alternative to expensive emergency department visits and urgent care clinics.

HopeHealth’s relationships with our local hospitals are strengthened through our Access Hope program by being available for patients who have historically been unnecessarily treated in their emergency departments. Hospital staff has direct access to reroute patients to HopeHealth’s Access Hope program, where patients receive more affordable and prompt care.

HopeHealth sees all patients regardless of insurance or ability to pay. We accept all forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Our sliding scale fee provides affordable payment options based on your annual income for those without insurance.

Evening and Weekend Health Care

If a weekday doctor’s appointment doesn’t fit into your busy schedule, your provider can’t see you when you’re sick, or it’s a Saturday, HopeHealth’s After Hours doctor’s office may be the solution for you. Our staff of health care providers are available in the evenings, Monday through Saturdays, 8 am until 8 pm, to help. Examples of after-hours care services provided by Access Hope are acute illnesses, such as respiratory or urinary infections, minor sprains, sexually transmitted infection treatment, immunizations, blood sugar or other in-office testing.  Our after hours health center is an inexpensive alternative to the emergency room for existing HopeHealth patients.
