A federally qualified health center, HopeHealth is building healthier communities in underserved populations.
“Serving others, giving hope, changing lives.” That is the vision that guides our priorities at HopeHealth. We are one of the fastest-growing businesses in the communities where we live and work.
HopeHealth provides support services, management of operations, flexible schedules, and continuing medical education so that our Providers can focus on the health and well-being of our patients. If you are looking for a rewarding career where the mission has meaning, HopeHealth is the choice for you.
Building with the times:

HopeHealth is constantly improving its locations and expanding services and space to better serve our communities. The HopeHealth Medical Plaza in Florence is the main location and opened its doors in February 2016, followed by a new Phase II wing in 2017. Phase II added approximately 40,000 square feet to the facility.
Now, we are expanding the footprint. The Streater building at the corner of Dargan and Darlington Street was purchased by HopeHealth in 2018. The structure is currently undergoing renovation with an estimated completion of Spring 2024. The location will provide value-based community services outside the traditional health care scope. Services will focus on seniors, Veterans, and Black men in the community. This project aims to help strengthen community engagement and decrease barriers to care by enhancing the availability and accessibility of health programs.
The campus renovation and expansion will also include a retention pond and walking trail, enhancing and promoting wellness and community.
