Options4Health Monthly Support Group

We all need support on our health journey! Join our monthly support group to learn and chat about different health topics.

Each month we’ll also take time to get up and move and learn with Kayla Thompson, HopeHealth’s very own exercise specialist! All levels are welcome. Please wear shoes with good support.
