HopeHealth expands services

HopeHealth has expanded dental services at the Medical Plaza in Florence and introduced dental services to HopeHealth in Kingstree with the addition of two dentists: Toby Wright, DMD, and Lydia Wright, DMD.

Dr. Toby Wright earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky. A native of Dorton, Kentucky, he is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and sees patients primarily at HopeHealth in Kingstree.

Dr. Lydia Wright earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. A native of Manchester, Kentucky, she is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and sees patients at the Medical Plaza in Florence.

HopeHealth in Kingstree recently completed a $1 million renovation project that provided for the introduction of dental services and other programs at the facility, including community education programs such as:

National Diabetes Prevention Program – a one-year program that trains and encourages those at risk for diabetes to make preventive life-style changes that can help prevent developing the disease
HeartWISE – a six-week program for hypertensive and pre-hypertensive patients and their family members that teaches how to reduce and control blood pressure
Seniors With Hope – a program designed to help seniors learn about health, business, social, and saftey issues impacting senior citizens

The expansion is part of HopeHealth’s ongoing efforts to bring access to needed health services in the communities we serve.
