HopeHealth hosts 2nd annual golf classic

MANNING, S.C. (December 3, 2018) – The second annual HopeHealth Golf Classic teed off Thursday, Nov. 29, at the Wyboo Golf Club with 24 teams vying for the Golf Classic title. Played in three flights based on handicaps, first place honors went to:

Championship Flight – Robbie Timms, Jason Howard, and Conrad Kellahan of BB&T

First Flight – Mark Williams, William Carey, Dr. Nida Carrey, and Leige Burrows, playing for Longs Drugs

Second Flight – Jennifer Oxner, Anna Belk, Kyle New, and Chris Wentzel, of Clarke & Company

Awards were also presented for closest to the pin on holes 2 and 17. Winners include:

Closest to the Pin, Hole 2 – Carl Humphries of HopeHealth

Closest to the Pin, Hole 17 – Ricky Burton of Clarke & Company

All proceeds from the four-man, captain’s-choice tournament benefit HopeHealth patients in need of specialty care and emergency assistance.
