HopeHealth Hosts Inaugural Golf Classic

The inaugural HopeHealth Golf Classic teed off Thursday, Nov. 16, at the Wyboo Golf Club with 19 teams vying for the first Golf Classic title. Played in three flights based on handicaps, first place honors went to:

Championship Flight – Lynn Owens, Richard Owens, Richard Genoble, and Jon Weiss Jr.

First Flight – Lin Ham, Dee Evans, H.B. Buddin, and Barry Hodge

Second Flight – Edward Frye, Reynald Garma, M.D., Mary Jantovsky, and Tony Jantovsky

Awards were also presented for men’s and women’s longest drive and closest to the pin. Winners include:

Longest Drive – H.B. Buddin (men’s division) and Jaime Brabb (women’s division)

Closest to the Pin – J.C. Wallace (men’s division) and Mary Jantovsky (women’s division)

All proceeds from the four-man, captain’s-choice tournament benefit HopeHealth patients in need of specialty care and emergency assistance.
