HOPEHEALTH TO HOST BRINNER FEATURING GAMECOCK GREATS TO BENEFIT COMPASSIONATE CARE FUND
HopeHealth will host a special evening of food, football, and community impact at its third-annual Brinner, a breakfast-for-dinner fundraising event featuring LaNorris Sellers, Jayden Sellers, and Tommy Suggs on Thursday, June 4, from 5:30-8 pm at the Florence Country Club.
The event is co-presented by McLeod Health and MUSC Florence Division. Additional key sponsors of the event include Chronic Care Staffing, HUB, Molina, and Carrington Wingard. Proceeds will benefit the HopeHealth Compassionate Care Fund, which helps provide essential health care services and support for patients facing financial hardship and barriers to care. This support includes preventive health screenings, emergency assistance, and more.
Guests attending the Brinner will hear stories and insights from some of the most recognizable names in Gamecock football, with the Sellers brothers joined by Suggs, the noted sports commentator and starting quarterback from 1968 to 1970. The evening will include opportunities for fellowship, community engagement, and support for HopeHealth’s mission of improving access to quality primary and specialty care across the Pee Dee and beyond.
“LaNorris and Jayden Sellers grew up receiving care through HopeHealth, making this event especially meaningful for our organization and the patients we serve,” said Carl Humphries, CEO of HopeHealth. “Their willingness to give back alongside Tommy Suggs speaks volumes about the importance of community and investing in the health and well-being of future generations.”
The event is nearly sold out, but limited sponsorship opportunities are still available. For more information or to purchase tickets, contact Tiffany Straus at tstraus@hope-health.org.
