HopeHealth welcomes new provider

Brittany Hanes is a family nurse practitioner serving patients at HopeHealth in Orangeburg.

She earned a Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, and Bachelor of Science in nursing from South University in Columbia, SC. She received an associate degree in nursing from Fortis College in Columbia, SC.

Hanes completed her preceptorship for her nurse practitioner degree at HopeHealth in Orangeburg. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, ANCC, South Carolina Nurses Association, and the American Nurse Practitioner Association. Hanes also volunteers at H.E.R. Shelters and health fairs and  speaks English and Spanish.



HopeHealth educates its patients on the importance of having a health care home. As a primary care facility, HopeHealth’s medical team works to prevent and detect illness and the early onset of disease, provide routine physical examinations and promote overall healthy lifestyles.

As of March 8, a limited supply of the COVID-19 vaccine is available for HopeHealth patients (ages 60 years and older) by appointment only at these locations: Florence, Manning, Kingstree, Timmonsville, Lake City, Greeleyville, and Francis Marion. If you are a HopeHealth patient and 65 years or older, call your HopeHealth provider and request to be placed on the vaccine waiting list. When supplies allow, those on our waitlist will be scheduled at one of these locations. Walk-in vaccinations will not be available.
