HopeHealth welcomes new provider

HopeHealth welcomes David Garrell, MD, FACP, to HopeHealth in Orangeburg.

A board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Garrell earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Tufts University in Medford, Mass, and a Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. He completed his internship and residency at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Mass.

Dr. Garrell is a member of the American Medical Association, a member of the American College of Physicians, a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is certified in addiction medicine through the American Board of Addiction Medicine and is also certified in addiction management through the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
