HopeHealth welcomes new provider

FLORENCE, S.C. (September 16, 2019) – HopeHealth welcomes Faith Scott, APRN, FNP-C, to the HopeHealth Medical Plaza, where she will serve patients in the Access Hope program.

Scott earned her Master of Science/Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC.

From Florence originally, Scott is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the Hartsville Area Advanced Practice Nurses (HAAPN).
