HopeHealth welcomes new provider
HopeHealth welcomes adult nurse practitioner Tasha Moore to HopeHealth in Timmonsville.
She completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Her clinical interests are hypertension, patient support, and collaborating with patients to assess their lifestyle choices and make changes for optimal health outcomes.
