Christy H. Evans joined HopeHealth at the Medical Plaza in Florence in 2013. She is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner who is passionate about her faith, family, friends, and empowering her patients to take control of their health. Evans enjoys working with patients to reach their blood glucose measurement goals. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and her master’s degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, and received her undergraduate degree from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC.
Evans is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. In addition, she is a 2017 South Carolina DHEC Diabetes Champion of the Year award recipient.
