Deana Freeman is an adult nurse practitioner with a clinical focus on treating people from adolescents through adult ages and into advanced age. She provides care to the residents of Florence county and the surrounding areas at HopeHealth on Pine Needles Road. She has a passion for women’s health and wellness, including chronic illness in women, postpartum anxiety and depression, hormonal imbalances, perimenopause and post menopause, preventive care, all forms of birth control, and more.
