HopeHealth’s Latino Health Services staff provides medical support and resource assistance to improve access to medical care and quality of life to the hispanic population in Florence, Lake City, Kingstree, and Manning, SC. Their spanish interpreters help patients understand and communicate with providers during their doctors appointments and other medical visits.

Reaching Out to the Hispanic Community

HopeHealth has hispanic outreach coordinators who go out into communities where services are needed most in order to gain trust. Once there is an established relationship, the coordinators provide health care education, enroll patients into care, make appointments with primary care providers, provide interpretation and translation services during their appointment, and follow up to ensure no additional care is required.
