Advocacy Wednesday

Health centers are established in geographic areas where unmet health care needs have been identified. They exist to provide health care homes, to minimize unnecessary emergency department visits, and to catch the early onset of preventable chronic conditions. With the ongoing battle against chronic diseases in South Carolina, HopeHealth focuses on providing preventive services and programs for the communities we serve. Our integrated care model allows some of the most complicated health conditions to be prevented and treated within our organization. For information about our locations, programs, and services, visit hope-health.org.

We need grassroots advocates like you to raise awareness of the importance of CHCs and the integral part they play in the health care of our nation.

In celebration of National Health Center Week, you can sign up on Wednesday, August 7 at any of our HopeHealth locations (from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) to be a community health center advocate. We will also be signing people up to become registered voters.
