Activity: Movement Class – SOULIFT would like to invite all Florence, SC educators to join us at The City Center Farmers Market on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, from 5:30-6:30 pm for a FREE breathwork and beginner-friendly yoga workshop, Breathwork Before Bookwork. With increased self-awareness and mindfulness through the self-care techniques of breathwork and beginner-friendly yoga, students and teachers can experience and understand practices that can center and ground, increase present moment awareness, and focus the mind for an enhanced learning enviroment.
