Name of Event: HopeHealth Golf Classic
Please joins us for our inaugural HopeHealth Golf Classic. This one day tournament is a Four Man Captain’s Choice and is open to anyone who wants to participate. All proceeds from this tournament benefit HopeHealth patients.

Cost: $75 player fee (deadline to enter November 10)
