Walk4Health is a 4-session series focussing on basic information about developing a safe and effective walking program. Appropriate for beginners, people with arthritis, and others interested in walking.
This class includes an education component along with the walking sessions inside or out, depending on the weather, building to longer walks over the 4-week series.
