About the Experience

Pharmacy student rotations at HopeHealth offer a dynamic and collaborative learning experience in a layered learning environment, where clinical pharmacists, residents, and students work together to provide excellent patient care.

HopeHealth’s clinical pharmacists and residents collaborate closely with providers across multiple disciplines, creating a team-based approach that enhances both learning and patient outcomes. Students have the opportunity to rotate with clinical pharmacists, contributing to direct patient care and engaging in quality improvement projects. All students are co-precepted by a team of experienced clinical pharmacists, allowing them to gain diverse insights and perspectives.

Additionally, students work alongside other healthcare disciplines and participate in interdisciplinary presentations, honing their communication skills and expanding their understanding of holistic patient care. This multifaceted approach ensures a well-rounded and impactful learning experience.
