Physician Assistant Students

About the Experience

HopeHealth offers a wide variety of options for Physician Assistant Rotations. We have Family Medicine, Outpatient Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, as well as specialties such as Endocrinology, Rheumatology, and Infectious Disease.

The HopeHealth organization is one that focuses on patient-centered care.  Our integrated approach to health care truly places the patient at the center of care.  This focus is shown in our graduate medical education department by encouraging interprofessional learning.

We hope to share with PA students the strengths of a Federally Qualified Health Center and how we strive to serve our whole community.

Alan H Barrett, PA-C, DPAS, DFAAPA Provider

Specialty: Family Medicine, Urgent Care

"Being a preceptor for Physician Assistant students is a gratifying experience. It allows us to share our knowledge and passion for healthcare with the next generation of providers. At HopeHealth, we strongly believe in the importance of medical education. By investing in the training of future PAs, we contribute to a well-educated healthcare workforce and enhance the quality of care available to our community. This commitment to education aligns perfectly with our mission to provide accessible and compassionate healthcare to all. "
