About Brittany Hanes

Brittany Hanes is a nurse practitioner serving patients at HopeHealth in Orangeburg.

She earned a Master of Science in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Bachelor of Science in nursing from South University in Columbia, SC. She received an Associate degree in nursing from Fortis College in Columbia, SC.

Hanes completed her preceptorship for her Nurse Practitioner degree at HopeHealth in Orangeburg. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, ANCC, South Carolina Nurses Association, and the American Nurse Practitioner Association. She has provided passionate health care within the Orangeburg community for over 10 years and is a Faith Community nurse and in this role serves churches in hosting health fairs, developing wellness programs, and presenting health topics. She emphasizes the importance of disease prevention, management of acute and chronic diseases, and patient educations. Hanes also volunteers at H.E.R. Shelters and health fairs. She speaks English and Spanish and enjoys spending time with family, reading devotions, goal planning, wellness, and crafting.
